(Al-Hijr) 15 : 42
إِنَّ عِبَادِي لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانٌ إِلَّا مَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الْغَاوِينَ
“Indeed, My servants, you have no authority upon them, except those who follow you aimlessly”.
It is told in verses 38: 82-83: “Satan said to Lord: "By Your Might, I will surely mislead them all; except Your chosen sincere servants". Satan has no authority upon the believer who transformed his Jinn soulmate into a believer and kept Lord in his heart as explained in verse 8: 48. Only the believer holdfasts Adhikr-the Safeguard-which will safeguard him from all disasters, calamities, diseases, and Hell as explained in 5: 48. Satan has entrapped the aimless human devil hypocrites and their heedless followers who hide and reject Adhikr as explained in verses 7: 175-176. See explanation 2: 256-257; 4: 174-175 and 7: 179.
